1. Introduction

Welcome to Gold Coast Bird Boarding. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Provided

We offer bird minding services, including food, water, and enrichment, as well as cage hire services. The scope of the services will be outlined in the proposal or contract signed by both parties.

3. Booking & Payment

All service bookings require a deposit of 10% to confirm your order. Full payment must be received by pickup date to proceed with the services. Late payments may incur a fee of $10 for each day late.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 3 of days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled service date will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances and will issue a full refund in such cases.

5. Service Modifications

Any changes to the agreed scope of work may incur additional fees. Any requests for modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon before implementation.

6. Liability

We strive to provide the highest level of service, but we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from our services, except in cases of proven negligence. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and access necessary to complete the services.

7. User Conduct

By using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities or provide false information.
  • Misuse our website or services for any unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided during the course of our service remain the intellectual property of Gold Coast Bird Boarding, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
